1. Enrollment

Participation in the Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without any obligation to provide a reason.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive:

• 10% commission on each successful and qualified referral.
• Lifetime recurring commissions on subscription-based services, as long as the referred customer remains active and continues making payments.

A “qualified referral” means a valid purchase made through your affiliate link that is not fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or disputed.

3. Payment Terms

• Payouts may be processed within 24 hours for high-performing affiliates.
• Or on a weekly basis, depending on performance and account status.
• Minimum payout thresholds (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
• Only verified and approved commissions will be paid.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote our services in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.
• Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam marketing practices.
• Not bid on restricted keywords, impersonate our brand, or create confusion with our official channels.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and disclosure rules.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent transactions or self-referrals.
• Use of unauthorized coupons, incentives, or misleading claims.
• Spamming via email, social media, or any other channel.
• Any activity that may negatively affect our brand reputation.

6. Commission Adjustments

We reserve the right to:

• Reverse or withhold commissions for canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
• Adjust commission calculations in cases of errors, abuse, or system issues.

7. Program Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Program at any time, including but not limited to:

• Commission rates
• Payment schedules
• Eligibility requirements

Changes may be made without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:

• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are found.
• Valid unpaid commissions (if any) may be paid at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from participation in the Program.

10. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Earnings or income potential.
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Program.

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

12. Final Authority

We reserve all rights regarding the interpretation, enforcement, and decision-making under this Program. All decisions made by us shall be final.
